It is the policy of the Ingerborg to prohibit and actively prevent money laundering and any activity that facilitates money laundering or the funding of terrorist or criminal activities by complying with all applicable requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and its implementing regulations.
Ingerborg has its headquarters in The Cyprus, which is a member country of the Financial Action task Force (FATF) and the European Union (EU) and has enacted laws and rules designed to implement the anti-money laundering policies of both FATF and the EU. The goal of these laws is to detect and prevent money laundering and potential terrorist financing.
Ingerborg is compliant with all local Cyprus laws, regulations and guidance relating to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and related financial crimes. These include written policies and procedures, a designated anti-money laundering officer, regular training for relevant employees etc. Our AML policies, procedures and internal controls are designed to ensure compliance with all applicable BSA regulations and FINRA rules and will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls are in place to account for both changes in regulations and changes in our business.
